Request account and data deletion

Use this page to prepare a request to delete your Last Bullet account and identifiable cloud data. You do not need to reinstall the game to contact us.

Before uninstalling the game

Open Last Bullet → Settings → Privacy and copy the identifiers listed below. They are needed because Last Bullet uses an anonymous device-based account rather than an email/password login.

Prepare your request

The information below is used only to create an email in your own email application. This website does not receive or store the form entries.

PlayFab ID Used to locate the device-based PlayFab account and its leaderboard records. Firebase App Instance ID Used to request deletion of Google Analytics data associated with this app instance. Leaderboard nickname optional Helpful for verification, but not sufficient by itself. Additional details optional I am requesting deletion of my Last Bullet account and identifiable cloud data.

What happens next

You send the prepared email to support.mirazenstudios@gmail.com.
We verify the supplied PlayFab ID and Firebase App Instance ID and use them to locate the applicable records.
We submit supported deletion actions for identifiable PlayFab, Google Analytics, and support records.
We reply within the period required by applicable law. Provider processing may continue after our initial submission.

Data normally included

The PlayFab player account, leaderboard nickname, high score, best survival time, and other title data associated with the supplied PlayFab ID.
Google Analytics visitor data that can be identified through the supplied Firebase App Instance ID.
Support and privacy-request records that are eligible for deletion, subject to limited lawful retention.

If you no longer have the identifiers

You may still contact support.mirazenstudios@gmail.com, but we may be unable to complete deletion of anonymous PlayFab or Google Analytics records without the required PlayFab ID and Firebase App Instance ID. A nickname, score, device model, or email address may not uniquely identify those records.

Advertising data

AdMob and related Google advertising data may not be identifiable to MiraZen Studios through the game identifiers. You can manage advertising choices through the in-game Privacy Options entry point, when available, and through Android or Google advertising privacy controls.

Local data on your device

Cloud deletion does not remove a local save that still exists on your device. Use Last Bullet's supported reset flow, clear the app's storage in Android settings, or uninstall the game to remove local game data. Likewise, deleting the local save alone does not delete cloud records.

Limited retention

Some information may be retained where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, request records, or dispute handling. Temporary copies may also remain in provider backups until their normal deletion cycle completes.

Do not send

Do not send passwords, government identification, payment details, or unrelated sensitive information. Last Bullet does not use email/password registration.
